My Real Estate practices have adapted. Now, I meet my buyer clients at the homes they are interested in, rather than have them ride with me, there’s no way to socially distance from others in a car. I also make sure everyone is masked, wearing gloves and, in some cases, shoe booties. For my Sellers, where I can, I create a virtual walk-through video tour so that buyers can get a true feel for the home without having to come in person. When appointments are made for listings, our office asks agents to make sure they and their buyers are masked and gloved and touch as few surfaces as possible. If my buyers or those visiting my listings do not have masks and gloves, I will provide them.
